Boot, Toxicological Agent Protective (TAP), Quantity: Minimum: 2,520 Pr; Maximum: 11,830 Pr with four term options, Quantity for Options: 2,520 Pr (Minimum); 11,830 Pr (Maximum). Destination: Tracy, CA. Items to be manufactured in accordance with specification MIL-B-51176F. All materials will be contractor furnished. Procurement will be issued on an unrestricted basis and will be evaluated under Best Value procedures requiring Product Demonstration Models and technical proposal to include Esperience/Past Performance, Socio-Economic, DLA Mentoring, Javits Wagner O'Day. Note 26 (Non-Commercial): The Government has determined this item to be military unique and therefore will not be purchased under the provisions of FAR Part 12.
