Description

The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is soliciting proposals to provide outreach and counseling services to the Vet Center, Chicago Heights, Illinois and/or Veterans Affairs (VA) Hines Hospital, Hines, Illinois. This procurement is for a period of one-year from date of award, with two (2) one year option years. All responsible sources may submit a proposal. Requests for a hard copy solicitation must be in writing. A charge of $5.00/hard copy is required. Checks are to be made payable to: DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS. No telephone requests will be accepted.
