- The requirement is for storage services and transportation arrangement for the 3 facilities under NAVICP repair Basic Ordering Agreement N00104-98-G-A400 awarded to Raytheon Service Company. The requirement is for Raytheon to act as a Mini-Stock Point for Navy owned assets. As such, the solicitation is sole source to Raytheon. The term of the anticipated contract is 1 year and the volume of units stored and shipped is anticipated to be 1,500. See Note 22.
