Description

The Program Support Center, Administrative Operations Service intends to solicit offers to provide Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) services for government owned equipment at the Parklawn Complex located in Rockville, Maryland. The contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, labor, tools, equipment and materials necessary to provide preventive maintenance services, incidental and minor repairs, as well as emergency call service 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This acquisition shall be a Performance Based Service Contract, utilizing Part 12, Commercial Items of the FAR. The period of performance shall be one year with 4 one-year options. Request for the solicitation must be in writing. A pre-proposal conference/walk through will be scheduled for 2 weeks after release of the solicitation (approximately mid-March). See Note 1.
