Description

Materials and Labor are required for demo and jobsite removal of (2) existing McQuay Chiller units M# ALR-105C Isolating each chiller separately and shutting down only one chiller while allowing the other chiller to continue maintaining load; set two (2) new carrier chiller units M# M30GTN110-KA (or compatible) in the same location; off load old chillers; disconnect all electrical and piping; replacement of any existing EMS controllers, sensors, or contacts; retrofit electrical supply and chill water piping to new chillers; make tie-in of Johnson Controls to new chillers; all work to be coordinated with equipment shipment; proposals to include all labor, material, tools, hoisting, and transportation. Please provide warranty and guarantee of work. NOTE: Aviation clearance will be required from DEA prior to start date. When calling, be prepared to state name, address and solicitation number, see Note 9. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
