Description

The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is seeking Closing Agent Services for the entire State of Alabama. The Closing Agent would be required to handle the closing services for the sale of HUD acquired residential properties, document preparation for such closings, and assoicated loan paperwork. This would be a one-year contact with four option years. The Closing agent would have to meet the SBA Small Busines standard for the NAICS code 541990, annual gross revenue not exceeding $5 million.
