Description

Contractor to provide all equipment, materials, and labor to construct a visitor viewing enclosure over the Minuteman II Missile Launch Facility at Badlands National Park missile site facility that is approximately 8 miles SE of Wall, South Dakota. Work consists of construction of a reinforced concrete structure and metal framed skylight system over the launch facility, including a temporary safety enclosure, demolition, electrical, lead based paint abatement, painting, insulation, mechanical systems, and coordination of work with contractor currently on site. Solicitation No. N1505010022, Sic Code: 542, NAICS: 23332. The estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. Proposals will be evaluated based on knowledge, experience, past performance and price. Solicitation packages may be acquired in person or by mail.
