PRON: AX1Q0032AX, NSN: 1615-01-185-3088, P/N: 406-040-340-101, Quantity: 400 each, applicable to the OH-58D Airframe Unit. FOB ORGIN to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery is 400 each within 90 days after contract award (DACA). This item is restricted to Rexnord Corp, Coupling OPN, 304 Main Avenue, Warren, PA 16365-2157 and Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., 600 E Hurst Blvd, Hurst, TX 6053. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Although, by DoD-STD-100 definition, altered and selected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review discloses that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
