PRON: AX1F5097AX, NSN: 3120-01-163-4656, P/N: 7-211511198-7, Quantity: 3,506 each, applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. FOB Destination to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Although, by DoD-STD-100 definition, altered and selected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review discloses that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. "By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore, foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored." The businesses being solicited are Kamatics Corp, Sub of Kaman Corp, 1330 Blue Hills Avenue, Bloomfield, CT 06002, and Smith Acquisition Co., DBA Southwest Products Co., 2240 Buena Vista St., Baldwin Park, CA, 91706. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
