- USA CECOM, Fort Monmouth, NJ proposes to award on a sole source basis with Harris Corporation in Melbourne, Fl validation of the PVR technology. The contractor has developed a laboratory environment with the specific purpose of testing the PVR algorithms robustness. This environment is already properly configured to process the proprietary PVR technology and validate it. THIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. There will be no solicitation posted for this procurement.
