- This synopsis modifies Submission No. 390869 posted on October 12, 1999 under Solicitation Number M67854-00-R-0004. This sole source contract will award the Long Lead Material Contract Line Items to General Dynamics Land Systems (GDLS), operating through its General Dynamics Amphibious Systems division with the Systems Development and Demonstration (SDD) [formerly called Engineering and Manufacturing Development] Line Items awarded as options. See Note 22.
