Description

Notice that the General Service Administration, FTS Region 10, 4040 Wheaton Way, Suite 111, Bremerton, WA 98310, intends to negotiate and award a sole source procurement with Social Capitol Group (SCG), located at 41 Bowdoin St. Cambridge, MA 02138, under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition for services to study knowledge sharing between government agencies and implement "Communities of Practice" as developed by Mr. Entienne Wenger, employee of SCG. This is not a solicitation. This synopsis is not considered a request for competitive proposals. This request is considered to be sole source to SCG, the employer of Mr. Entienne Wenger, therefore no solicitation will result from this announcement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
