Description

The HUD Philadelphia Contracting Operations Branch intends to procure Mortgage Insurance Endorsement Processing services for the HUD Philadelphia Homeownership Center. These services will be required on an as-needed basis for one year, with possible extension of two additional one year periods; the NAICS code is 561499. Offerors will be required to submit a proposal which includes information about their experience, past performance and technical capability. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be made available on or after February 28, 2001; all interested parties should submit a written request for the RFP to the above address or a facsimile request to (215) 656-3453, attn: Elisa Weise. Telephone requests will not be accepted. See Numbered Note #1.
