Description

Single award, one year term contract for the Department of Commerce located in Norfolk, Virginia. For the procurement of Duplicating and Copying of forms, books and pamphlets. Assumed production radius of 81-kilometer (50-mile) radius of Norfolk, VA. Approximately 44 orders per year. Majority of orders will be for black only, however, approximately 12 orders per year will have from 1 to 100 pages that will require color copying. Quantity of orders will be for 10 to 5,000 copies and the pages will range from 30 to 800 pages per order. Orders with lower page count will have the longer run and pages with higher page count will be for the shorter runs. Binding will require side stitch two places or one stitch in upper left corner, loose-leaf, and/or shrink wrapping. Printing in sizes are up to 8 x 11". Government will be furnishing camera copy. The contract requires such operations as duplicating and copying, binding, trimming, drilling, packing and delivery to Norfolk, VA.
