Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in cooperation with the Maryland Department of the Environment(MDE) intends to negotiate a contract to provide instruction for a Level II, River Morphology and Applications Course. The course introduces new approaches in the field of fluvial geomophology of stream restoration. Negotiations will be held with Wildland Hydrology, Inc. of Pagosa Springs, CO under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. A Fixed Price contract is contemplated. No solicitation is available, however, interested firms may submit a written statement of their knowledge and ability to instruct this level of course of River Morphology and Application within fifteen(15) days of publication of this notice. See Note 22.
