- Description
- The contractor will be responsible for conducting a Special Education Law Institute in order to meet the requirements of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act(IDEA) Amendments of 1997. Training will be provided to school administrators, school board members, Education Line Officers, and others charged with carrying out the legal requirements of IDEA. This procurement will be awarded as a sole source to Mountain Plains Regional Resource Center based on their expertise and knowledge of the legal aspects of IDEA as it relates to BIA schools.
