Description

PLEASE BE ADVISED THIS REQUIREMENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED. A facility is needed that can provide training on GEM-80 Controllers for MPCMS System. Course Content includes Indtroduction to the hardware, software and connection arrangements including the principles and characteristics of the systems. The training is to accomadate 20 students from February 19 to February 23, 2001. Note 22. This proposed procurement is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with Alstom Drives & Controls USA, 301 Alpha Drive, Pittsburg, PA 15238. Interested persons may identify their interest and capabilities with a Notice of Intent. However, this is a request for competitive quotations. But all questions must be received via fax. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
