Description

Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings for the repair of Building 39. Work is to include complete demolition of the interior of the building. The building's doors, windows, flooring, walls, ceiling, HVAC and electrical will be replaced. Emergency electrical power will be provided for the building including a new 100 amp service. The building's interior will be rearranged and modified. The work shall be performed by a general contractor who has five years experience in building renovations. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NIMA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 120 days. The approximate cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The work is located at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency facilities at 3200 South Second Street, which is east of Broadway and south of Arsenal Street in south St. Louis city. 100% of this project is set-aside for small business. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 233320, and size standard $27.5 million are applicable.
