Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DSCR does not have a technical data package for review, please do not submit requests. Delivery Schedule: 21 ea, 260 DARO. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. See Notes 22 and 26. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. All sources not listed in the item description will be required to submit a complete technical data package for review.
