All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. See Note 26. This solicitation is an RFP or IFB and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dsccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 28 Feb 01. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available.
