Description

SOCET SET(R) RapidScene(R) and RapidScene(R) Software and upgrade entitlements. This is sole sourced to BAE Systems due to proprietary agreement with RapidScene(R). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only request for quotation; quotes are being requested and a written request for quotation will not be issued. This procurement is issued as unrestricted and all offers will be considered. NAICS Code: 42143 DELIVERY: Software licenses are to begin on 12 Feb 01 through 31 Aug 01. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-22. FAR provision 52.212-1, 52.212-2 applies to this acquisition. Additional applicable FAR and DFARS clauses: 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232-33, 252.247-7024, 252.225-7001. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. Quote shall include offeror_s name, address, POC, phone number, fax number, email address, business size, CAGE code, DUNS number, Tax ID number, and solicitation number. A purchase order will be let to the responsible offeror with the best value offer considering price, technical acceptability, delivery schedules, and adherence to applicable clauses and provisions, delivery schedule, and satisfactory past performance record.
