Description

The USDA Forest Service is looking for a source to provide professional physician services for routine medical care to include x-ray and laboratory test services. The place of performance will be at the Anaconda Job Corps Center in Anaconda, MT but on occasion may be provided at a community hospital or at the physician's office. The Job Corps provides young adults the necessary job training which enables them to gain meaningful employment upon graduation. Solicitation will be for a base year and one (1), one (1) year option. Performance will start on or after July 1, 2001. All responsible sources may submit a quote.
