Description

The USDA Forest Service is looking for a source to provide dental services for students at the Anaconda Job Corps Center in Anaconda, MT. The Job Corps provides young adults the necessary job training which enables them to gain meaningful employment upon graduation. Solicitation will be for a base year and two (2), one (1) year options. Performance will start July 1, 2001. Dentist will provide services 8 hours per week at the Job Corps Center. Dentist will provide a wide array of dental services. Dentist shall meet Montana state licensing and professional qualification requirements. All responsible sources may submit a quote.
