Description

This is a sources-sought notice. Fairchild Air Force Base, Spokane, WA intends on obtaining a contract Dental Hygienist for services to be performed at the Fairchild AFB Dental Clinic. The requirement is for a Dental Hygienist to provide services during normal duty hours, three to four days per week. Actual days to be determined. All federal holidays to be observed. All services shall be supplied in accordance with appropriate federal and local standards. Personnel performing this contract shall be board certified and licensed in Dental Hygiene. Services are expected to include, but are not limited to: Prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, maintenance therapy, patient counseling, radiograph interpretation, post-operative care.
