Description

The Department of Justice intends to procure the services of Harvey Booker, on a SOLE SOURCE BASIS, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR PART 13), for on-going work to provide various Personnel Classifications for the Personnel Unit of the U.S. Attorney's Office, located in Washington, DC. This notice is for informational purposes only and any responses received as a result of this intent, shall be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competition procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon any written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.*****
