Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to perform janitorial services at Fort Harrison National Cemetery, 8620 Varina Road, Richmond, VA 23231 covering the period March 1, 2001 (or date of contract award, whichever is later) through September 30, 2001 (base period), with two 1-year options to extend the term of the contract September 30, 2003. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561720 and a size standard of $5 Million is applicable to this acquisition. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid. Requests for hard copies of the solicitation must be in writing to Mr. J. C. Jackson and accompanied by a check or money order in the amount of Five Dollars ($5.00) (non-refundable) made payable to "U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs." No telephone requests will be accepted. Hard copy solicitations will be mailed on or about February 7, 2001.
