Description

This action, originally publicized in the CBD dated 12/21/2000 has been changed. Rochester Harbor will be advertised under Solicitation No. DACW49-01-B-0007, Oswego Harbor has been removed from this solicitation and will be advertised separately. It is estimated that Oswego Harbor may be issued as an Emerging Small Business Set-Aside, on or about 2/22/2001 and may open on or about 4/27/2001. (These are approximate dates). Concerns who have already requested CDs containing plans and specifications for the above numbered solicitation will automatically receive both solicitations. There is no need to re-request a CD. Rochester will be issued as originally estimated.
