There is no guarantee of business. Evaluation of Past Performance History and/or Best Value may be involved, based on future solicitations within the identified group. All competitive sources will be given an equal opportunity to furnish supplies or services under the BPA. FOB is Destination. The End Use is the Abrams Tank Family. First Article Test WILL NOT be required. The quantities will be very small and sporadic. Vendors must be able to accept credit card purchases. Potential sources must provide in their statement of capabilities: (1) History of other similar parts made; (2) whether you are a large or small business (and if small business, identify if designated as 8(a) or HUB Zone entities) in relation to NAIC 332710 or SIC 3599 (size standard of 500; (3) This synopsis is for information and planning purposes and the Government will not pay or otherwise reimburse respondents for information submitted. Based upon responses received, the Government reserves the right to set aside any and all procurements that may result hereunder for small or minority owned businesses.
