Description

CORRECTION TO THE NUMBER OF AIRCRAFT TO BE PURCHASED TO ONE AIRCRAFT ALL ELSE REMAINS THE SAME. The purchase of one (1) new turbofan aircraft that is certified for single pilot operation, meeting the following minimum performance specifications: Vcma 90 KIAS or less, Vs1 at gross weight 105 KCAS or less, Vs2 at maximum landing weight 90 KCAS or less, Takeoff Distance Maximum weight sea level ISA +20OC 4,500 feet or less. Takeoff Distance Maximum weight 5,000' MSL ISA + 20O C 5,500 feet or less (all distances to 35' above the runway meeting the greater of balanced field length, 115% of the all engine takeoff distance or second segment climb limitations). Landing Distance Maximum certified landing weight sea level ISA + 20OC 3,800 feet or less. Landing Distance Maximum certified landing weight 5,000' MSL ISA + 20O C 5,500 feet or less. Certified service ceiling 45,000 feet Single engine service ceiling 20,000 feet or greater High speed cruise gross weight 29,000 feet 380 KTAS or greater Minimum Payload (Single Pilot Operation) 800nm leg 1,500 lbs. 1200 nm leg 1,250 lbs. The agency would like the planes delivered by September 30, 2001, however alternate delivery dates will be evaluated. When calling be prepared to state name, address, and solicitation number.
