Description

The Government proposes to procure for the first time, 125 each, Generator Installation/Removal Fixture and Spline Adapter Removal Tools to support the AH-64D Generator Control Unit (GCU). The intended source is McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Systems, Mesa, Arizona, which is the Prime Manufacturer of the AH-64D Apache Longbow Helicopter. The authority to use other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. See Numbered Notes: 22.
