Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is (Request for Quotation) RFQ 60-01-026. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This procurement falls within the definition of North America Industry Classification Code 333120. The small business standard is 750 employees. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable to this procurement. Technical specifications are: Kubots L-48, Tractor, Loader, Backhoe,/brand name or equal. Cab with heater and front wiper; front and rear work lights, grill protector, reversible seat; automatic hydraulic self-leveling; skid-steer type; quick hitch; Tach All (TM) quick attach; skid-steer type attachments; draw bar; TL-1150 loader with quick hitch bracket; 72" round bucket with replaceable cutting edge; BT1100 backhoe, 12" bucket; rubber reversible outrigger stabilizer pads; pallet lift fork 42" quick attach, PF 42 quick attach, 3000# lift; schulte Model 7400 front snow blower quick hitch 20 GPM minimum; PTO driven hydraulic pump with 25 gallon reservoir minimum, variable speed control. Delivery will be made to the Boise National Forest, Attn: Wally Olson, 1918 Commerce, Boise, ID 83705. Delivery time is 60 calendar days. NOTE for delivery: Tractor shall be set up and ready to blow snow per above specifications. Drawbar backhoe, 72" round bucket and pallet forks may be pallitized. Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items with offer.
