See note #22: This announcement is for information purposes only and will be made on a sole source basis by ITCB 2/15/01. This award is a planned solicitation under the simplified acquisition process. The Food and Drug Administration [FDA], Center for Food Safety & Applied Nurition [CFSAN], intends to award a purchase order for speciality chemicals update program and the chemical economics handbooks [CEH] program participation. Period of performance is from date of award through 12/31/01. The following provision also applies to this acquisition: 52.232-33 Mandatory Information of Electronic Funds Transfer Payment. Award to be made by 2:00 pm 2/15/01. This procurement is being awarded as a simplied acquisition in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5.
