Description

The Naval Surface Warefare Center is uniquely involved in the Standardization of Joint and International Technical publications (IETM/P). The objective of this acquisition is to provide technical support to NSWCCD on the JITPS project in the development of DoD Registry Requirements, and Registry Conceptual Design. For this unique work the Government has decided, under the authority of FAR subpart 6.302-1 to solicit and negotiate with one contractor. IEM Technologies incorporates unique capabilities and are considered to be the leading experts in the field of international standardization development for DoD. Their personnel have worked closley with recent NATO ITP working groups and have over 30 years experience in doing so. Interested parties may submit a statement of their capabilities in writing to the contracting office within 15 calendar days from the issue date of this notice. (see numbered Note 22)
