Solicitation No. GS-07P-01-HUD-0001, posted January 29, 2001, is modified to CHANGE the weight of SOLICITATION's Evaluation Factor No. 4 Management/Organization/Production/Quality Control to 20 %; and to ADD Evaluation Factor No. 5 (5%): In order to receive the maximum score for this factor, the A/E firm must demonstrate that at least 35 percent of the A/E contract services (based on total contract price) will be accomplished within the primary geographical boundaries Texas Zone 4 for the resulting contract. ADD: The minimum guaranteed contract amount is $1000 for the base year and each of the option years, if exercised. CHANGED: Response or submittal due date for 254s and 255s must be received NLT 3:15 p.m. local time on 03-08-01. NOTE: This is a Solicitation, not a presolicitation.
