Description

Preventive Maintenance and Emergency Service for "Labor Only" to maintain the following AMSCO sterilizers: 1 Eagle 3000II 20: GP Cabinet Enclosed, 1 Veritron 48" GP, Single power door, cabinet enclosed; 1 Hoplab 1021 Washer; 1 Century Sterilizer 16" Prevac; 1 Medallion 16" GP, cabinet enclosed; 2 Eagle 2000W.S. cabinet enclosed; 2 Eagle 2000 48" , double door, power excluded; 1 eagle 2000 VAC 60" Printcon, double doors, power doors; 1 Eagle 3000III, 48" G.P. , cabinet enclosed. Contract is for "Labor Only" for maintenance of equipment including scheduled preventive maintenance inspections and unscheduled emergency repairs. Replacement parts shall be billed separate from the contract. Contractor must provide on-site service. Contractor response time must be within four hours of notification. There should be six scheduled preventive maintenace visits per year, performed every two months. Contractor shall provide documentation to the VAMC which satisfies all JCAHO preventive mainteance requirements. Personnel servicing equipment must have successfully completed a formalized training program for this particular equipment and have a minimum of two years experience performing preventive maintenance and equipment repairs on the equipment. The contract will cover date of award through September 30, 2001 with two one-year options to renew. Request for solicitation must be in writing or faxed to (901) 577-7242.
