Description

The United States Postal Service seeks proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified or new lease construction in the Town of Slaterville Springs, County of Tompkins and State of New York. The preferred area is: EITHER SIDE OF NYS ROUTE 79, FROM MIDLINE/CREAMERY ROADS ON THE WEST TO HARTFORD RD ON THE EAST. The requirements for existing space or space to be modified are for about 1,200 square feet of existing net interior space with about 20 parking spaces. New lease construction space requirements are for about 1,200 square feet of net interior space and an ideal developable site size of about 42,000 square feet with parking as shown in the plans and specifications. Proposals will be received through March 30, 2001 by: George E. Welch, RES, USPS Facilities Service Office, 6 Griffin Road North, Windsor, CT 06006-0300. For a solicitation package, submit your written request to Ms. Barbara A.
