SYNPOSIS -- The U.S. Property and Fiscal Office, has a Energy conservation Investment Program (ECIP). ECIP Upgrades for the DC Air National Guard Facilities located at Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland. The work includes various engergy upgrade initiatives to reduce annual utility consumption within the various facilities. Work includes but is not restricted to installation of infrared heating systems, installation of gas fired boilers; replacement of windows; weather stripping upgrades; installation of water flow restrictors and installation of a DDC System. The solicitation number is: DAHA49-01-B-0001, The magniture of construction cost is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00.
