Description

Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to renovate the structural and walkway members of the existing Bar Watchtower at Station Umpqua River, Winchester Bay, Oregon. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: A. Prepare and paint all exposed surfaces of the indicated steel members of the Watchtower. B. Demolish and replace all steel platform grating and steel stair treads on the Watchtower. C. Install an electrical grounding system to the tower steel structure. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance period is 60 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The applicable NAICS code is 23493. Small Business size standard is $27.5 million. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered. The solicitation can be downloaded from (http://www.eps.gov/) on approximately 23 Feb 2001. If it does not appear on that date, please check back daily.
