The vessels shall be delivered and redelivered to an agreed upon port between Portland and Southwest Harbor, ME. The vessels shall operate between 43 degrees 30' and 44 degrees 30' north latitude and 068 degrees 00' and 069 degrees 30 west longitude and within 50 nm of shore.
