Description

This procurement is being advertised under SIC code 8099. To provide assistance services to the Health Services Department by drawing blood for laboratory tests. By assisting the IOP and the Infectious Disease Coordinator aggregate and compile statistics necessary for Central Office Performance Measures. She/He will be responsible for Laboratory Functions for the JCAHO and Program Review audits. She/He will assist the medical staff at the U.S. Penitentiary and Federal Prison Camp, by administering the PPD tests and keeping the annual testing current on staff and inmates, additionally she/he is responsible for entering the results. She/He is responsible for entering and controlling her/his own Inmate Call Outs. She/He is responsible for presenting the lab results to the Clinical Director for review and signing off, then filing the results in the inmates medical records. She/He will be the contact for all outside laboratories. Services to be performed at Federal Correctional Complex, U.S. Penitentiary, 3901 Klein Blvd. Lompoc, California 93436.
