Description

1. The Coast Guard Maintenance and Logistics Command Pacific, Naval Engineering Division, has a requirement to perform Level 2 Inspection/Repair/Test on a Cresent Motor Surf Boat Davit (MSB), Control Console, Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU), and structure for integrity. Work to be performed at cutters home port @ Alameda Coast Guard Island. 2. Period of Performance will be March 12, 2001 through March 30, 2001. 3. This acquistiion is being conducted under Simplified Aquisition Procedures. 4. Attention: Minority Women Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Offices of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), has a program to assist minority, women owned and disadvantaged business enterprises to acquire short term working capital assistance for transportation related contracts. Loans are avaible under the DOT Short Term Lending Porgram (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
