Description

This solicitation is for the procurement of part-numbered items manufactured primarily by PTI Technologies Inc., however, there are some items where other approved sources exist. All NSNs are available for download via the Internet/World Wide Web-refer to WEB LINK. Offerors should be aware that there is a potential for split awards. FSCs to be covered under this project include; 4330 (Predominant), also 2910, 2940, 4730, 4810 and 4820. No RFP will be issued as it is anticipated that these NSN's will be added to an existing contract(s). All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s): 12 and 26. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 4 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Approved Sources include (see the website http://www. dscccols.com/programs/corporate_contracts/cc.asp or the Section B Disk). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
