- Description
- The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Optivideo Corporation on other than full and open competitive basis for the purchase of (25) 2X2 -28dB crosstalk optical switches. Award will be made on the sole source basis because these switches are based on a proprietary manufacturing technology patented by corning. See Note 22.
