Description

The U. S. Coast Guard Aircraft Repair and Supply Center, HU-25 Aircraft Contracting Office, Elizabeth City, NC, hereby announces the following general categories of services and spares which have been forecasted to be procured during Fiscal Year 2001. These services and spares may be procured multiple times throughout Fiscal Year 2001 utilizing simplified acquisition procedures. Acquisitions in excess of $25,000 will be advertised. However, those acquisitions subject to NAFTA will not be subject to the 40-day period of time between publication of the synopsis and receipt of offers as this notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.203(h). FORECASTED CONTRACT ACTIONS FOR SERVICES TO REPAIR HU25 COMPONENTS SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING: Flight Controls; Electrical switch; Hydraulics including servos, pumps, valves, actuators, cylinder assemblies; Electrical box assemblies; Indicators including pressure, fuel, speed; Lights; Instruments including ADI, HSI, auto-pilot computer; Pneumatic; Structural including doors, pylons, nacelles, stabilizers, cowling, panels, slats, engine mounts; Windows; Engine Components including spinners, turbine rotors, EHMS; Lines; Mechanical including starters, generators, valves, pumps; Life Support Systems including oxygen masks; Fire Extinguisher Bottles FORECASTED CONTRACT ACTIONS TO BUY HU25 SPARE CONSUMABLE COMPONENTS SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING: Engine spare parts/hardware; Seals; Aircraft cartridges; Nose tires; Airframe spare parts/hardware.
