Description

1. The work consists essentially of cleaning and janitorial service for the Riffle Run Campground area, Burnsville Lake, Burnsville, West Virginia. Time of performance will be for a base period (approximate May through December 2001) with two option periods (Jan-Dec 2002 and Jan-Dec 2003). The contract type will be an Indefinite Delivery Contract, competitively bided. A pre-bid conference is tentatively scheduled for March 21, 2001, at 9:00 a.m., at Burnsville Lake. Total contract shall not exceed $118,000.00. This solicitation may be requested by FAX 304-529-5281. This proposed procurement is 100% small business set aside. A SIC code of 7349 has been established for this solicitation. See note #1*****
