Description

"Solicitation Documents are available now!!!!" The contractor is responsible for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and supervision to accomplish roof repairs associated with each individual work order issued under this contract. The work ordered under this contract may be performed at any Government owned or leased space within the city and county of Baltimore, MD. Contract Start date will be August 1, 2001 and end July 31, 2002. This term will be the Base Year. This contract will contain the Base Year period and include three (3) one-year option periods. The option will be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The actual start and completion date for each individual work order will be addeessed in each individual work order. Estimated Annual Contract Value is $500,000 The NAICS is 235610 and the SIC Code is 1761. Small Business Size Standard is $11,500,000. This requirement is being solicited under Full and Open Competition under the Small Disadvantaged Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. *NOTE: The soliciation package is available now.
