Description

This amendment to above referenced solicitation is to change Item #3 in the Deliverables Section in the Statement of Work. The Contractor is to provide a two hour training session on Tuesday, March 13, 2001 for the Service Unit Directors, Clinical Directors and Chief Medical Officers. And to provide an eight hour training session on Wednesday, March 14, 2001 for the Credentialing Coordinators. Per-diem, Time, Airfare and materials not included. The Bid Opening Date (BOD) has been extended until the Close of Business, Wednesday, February 14, 2001.
