Description

The Officer in Charge requires all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and management necessary to provide curbside recycling collection services to approximatley 3500 Navy Housing located within the Tidewater area. The work to be provide by means of a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The contract terms is for a period of one (1) year. The government shall have the option to extend the term of the contract services for four (4) additional periods of 12 months. The total contract term, including exercise of any options shall not exceed 60 months. The North American Industry Classification is 562111, size standard $6M. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED. Plans and specifications will be made available on or about 15 March 2001. Estimated Bid Opening Date is 15 April 2001. The Invitation For Bid (IFB) package will only be available via the NAVFACENGCOM Electronic Solicitation (E-Sol) web site (http://esol.navfac.navy.mil).
