Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to procure trash removal and recycling services. THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SETASIDE. SIC Code S205 The NAICS Code is 562119 with $10 Million limitation. The contractor shall provide refuse and recycling containers in addition to the removal of all refuse and recycling materials to the appropriate disposal facilities. The contractor shall be licensed and maintain permits as required by law in order to perform the required services. Detailed specifications are provided in the solicitation to be issued on or about February 16, 2001. The Period of Performance is for a one-year period from date of award with four optional one-year periods. In addition, an option to provide a compactor is included in the solicitation. Delivery shall be FOB Destination Gaithersburg, MD.
