This acquisition cancel Request for Quote SP0441-01-Q-J406 in it's entirety and replace it with Request for Proposal SP0441-01-R-1874. A copy is avaiable via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date 16 February 01. A paper copy will not be available to requesters. This item is being procured in accordance with Sikorsky Aircraft (78286)part number SB2166-102 Rev H. This is a Source and Critical Control Item. This item must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control drawing. Approved source(s): MRC Bearing (38443)and Kaydon Corporation (32828). This item is being procured FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin, Quality Assurance Provision B02, Delivery 190 DARO and Variation +/-10%. All deliveries will be made to one of DLA's stock location with anticipated delivery to Tracy, CA. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evalutation factors described in the RFP. See Note 26
